Finding the right approach when it comes to pitching a new idea to the media can be a nerve wracking task, especially if you are at loss over what journalists look for in a story.

Learn how to make your message stand out in a journalist's crowded inbox at our June Networx event, Maximise the Media.

The evening will feature three expert panelists from the fields of print and broadcast journalism who will reveal the common mistakes PR consultants make and share what makes and shapes their agendas.

We are delighted to be joined by:

Jane Davies, Managing Editor of Grazia and Harper's BAZAAR. Jane holds over 14 years' experience managing the editorial departments of the world's leading books, newspapers and magazines.

Angie Kelly, Editor of Sydney Morning Herald's Essential Style magazine. Prior to this Angie was the Special Reports Editor for Sun-Herald and has also worked as a NSW Health Department media officer and a news reporter for The Australian and Daily Telegraph.

Rose Kelly, Client Creative Content Producer for Body & Soul Radio and Destination radio programs at MIX 106.5 FM. Rose has also worked in numerous production and presenting roles for 2UE, Sky News, Channel Seven News and the Today Show.
